She holds a Master of Science in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, along with an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision, and is a Registered Member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia).Cara is the Founder and Director of Cross Addictions, a specialist private practice based in Melbourne. Her career spans Australia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland — including clinical leadership roles managing treatment facilities in the UK, specialist adolescent work in Ireland, and extensive work within forensic and criminal justice settings.
