Couples Intensive

Trauma-Informed 4-Day Couples Intensive designed for couples who have survived the deep rupture of sexual betrayal. This immersive experience is for partners in post-disclosure recovery—where the initial crisis has passed and you are ready to step beyond survival into genuine reconnection, emotional integration, and lasting growth.

This Intensive is for couples who:

  • Have completed full disclosure and built foundational safety

  • Are actively engaged in their individual recovery and have established sobriety

  • Have outside support systems in place (therapists, groups, sponsors, etc.)

  • Are ready to focus on rebuilding trust, deepening emotional connection, improving communication, and restoring intimacy

We support couples navigating the aftermath of compulsive sexual behaviour and sexual infidelity.

In the post-disclosure phase—once safety and stabilisation are in place—thisintensive helps you gently transition from pain into grieving, mourning, andauthentic reconnection.

Our mission is simple yet profound: To help you truly understand each other’sexperiences, grow your emotional capacity, restore trust, and nurture deeperintimacy—using compassionate psychoeducation, powerful experiential work, andevidence-based approaches from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems(IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care.

Over four carefully structured days, you will experience a balanced blend of:

  • Trauma-informed psychoeducation

  • Separate processing spaces for each partner

  • Guided couples exercises
