SEXUAL ADDICTION IS A PROGRESSIVE INTIMACY DISORDER
Sexual addiction is a progressive intimacy disorder that can manifest in various ways, including relationship breakdowns, relationship addiction, compulsive sexual behaviours, pornography addiction, infidelity, and sexual anorexia. Many men who face sexual addiction often grapple with underlying emotional or psychological issues, frequently rooted in early life experiences such as physical or sexual abuse or emotional neglect. For some, early trauma and attachment challenges may lead to combining drugs with sexual behaviour as a way to achieve a sense of emotional control.

A SEX & LOVE ADDICTION GROUP DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR MEN
REVIVE! Men's Group is a weekly gathering of 6-10 participants, running for 12 weeks that has been designed for men struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours, including but not limited to:

Sex addiction
Pornography addiction
Infidelity.

Each session provides members with a safe space to share their challenges and successes, gain support, and connect with others on a similar journey toward recovery.

By exchanging personal stories and insights within the group, clients learn to express themselves authentically in a safe, structured, and supportive setting. Guided by a member of the REVIVE! Men's Group facilitation team, this safe space allows clients to receive valuable feedback, fostering greater trust, empathy, and self-awareness - both within themselves and in their relationships with others.

For those who feel group therapy may not be the right fit, we also offer individual counselling services tailored to address all aspects of sex addiction. Many clients choose to combine group therapy with individual counselling as part of a comprehensive recovery plan.

Additionally, we provide other specialised support, including groups for betrayed partners, a couples' intensive program, and a women's group.
